"In the small town, hotel is found in an alley. There is a stone walkway up but sometimes the receptionist is in and out of the office, so just give it a minute before they show up again. did not get to try the breakfast, but it was complementary disappointed that I didn’t. Walls are paper thin but room is clean and the train is a 10 minute walk down the street along with everything else. Very great location."

"Wow I don’t even know where to start. Jorge was an incredible host! You walked into his establishment and immediately felt at home. Jorge adopted you as family right then. "Nice place run by a kind and helpful couple. Close to the centre of town, but quiet. It’s not possible to drive up to the hotel by car, but it’s just a short walk. Nice view of ruins and mountains from the window. "

"Staying here is like camping out. Lukewarm water the first dat and no water at all the second day. The family who run the place woke us up with a very loud argument. The room was dirty. TV didnt work. Lots of ants in the bathroom. The breakfast was ok. Dont stay here if you like getting a good nights rest. "

"The room was clean though didn't have heating or a kitchenette available as advertised on Expedia. Payment was in soles & not USD as advertised on Expedia which caused confusion & I had to pay more than advertised on Expedia. The staff were lovely & helpful & it was the most comfortable bed I had slept in for months. Great view from my room of the mountains & Inka site & great breakfast too. Would recommend though some things need changing on Expedia website."

"Pas de papier toilette à mon arrivée. Pas de serviette ni de savon. Eau froide, demander pour avoir de l'eau chaude. Si il y a assez d'eau dans le chauffe eau! Ce qui ne fut pas mon cas. Très bruyant, lumineux avec des rideaux en papier. Réveillé chaque heure de la nuit par la famille tenancière qui parle, bouge, etc... Ce n'est pas une vérité écrite, mais mauvaise expérience. "This was a very nice affordable place to stay in Cusco. One thing that I wasn’t expecting was there was no front desk or lobby. I arrived late at night and it’s not very well marked. I had to ring a doorbell and was quickly greeted very nice employee who gave me my room code. (It’s a historic building so they can’t make changes to the exterior.)
