"This was my second time at Palmaïa. It’s peaceful, wellness-focused, and full of positive energy.
There was a small room mix-up, but the staff fixed it. Everyone is warm and thoughtful.
I’m picky with food, and LEK was my favorite this time, unique and healthy. The birthday cake wasn’t great, but the coconut water in the room was amazing! I also love the Kuxtal cocktail, it’s vibrant and full of flavor.

"Bien solo que los bufetes no son tan buenos y el servicio de reserva de restaurantes terrible, sino caminas al lobby de 9 a 10 am imposible reservar, no lo permiten por teléfono. No hay room services y la alberca principal nos tocó un día entero sin música ni ambiente. "
