"Everything is 5 star quality.
Really liked the hotel, bar , activities food, coffee bar was my favorite.
The staff was amazing. Great job.

"The food and staff here are out of this world. They go above and beyond- the nomadic guides are available to help with all your questions via text. Danny and Fernando at the pool were awesome. Luis and Carlos and everyone at the restaurants does an amazing job! The food is great! There is something for everyone at every meal- you will find your favorites at every restaurant. "El personal muy atento y amable, el buffet con variedad de platillos ricos. Tienen carritos de transporte para distancias largas. Para las reservaciones en los restaurantes le dan prioridad a los que son miembros o que hayan reservado directo con ellos. Si vas de agencia posiblemente no vivas la experiencia. La habitación tenia una gotera, se metio el reporte y nunca se solucionó."

"It’s was Extremely Horrible Experience My Wife was Fiscal attack No Sequirity on the pool area had to defend her myself and all stared because no control by the Resort on the time to used the beds by the pool, Moment wee said some wee got attack and they had the nerve to ask us to Live the hotel according to the manager is the Resort police and both parties hade to live premises wee regret so much def would not recommend this place to anybody Period Shame"

"Everything was perfect from check in where we were greeted by guest experience team Melisa,Mar,Majo and Zyanya- they helped us get an oceanfront room upgrade and proceeded to help us with dinner reservations.
