"This is the best hotel we have stayed at in Tenerife. The hotel is spotless and the staff are fantastic. In particular Roberto at reception and Yenifer and Omar in the restaurant. "I loved my holiday in this hotel. The pools were clean and warm. The room was clean and spacious. The staff worked very hard and made us welcome. We enjoyed the lunch time exercise sessions in the pool. For all inclusive the food was varied enough with themed nights. Asian was the star of the show! Sometimes the waits were rather long for lunch in the pool bar, but this was ok. My only gripe is poor behaviour of some guests putting towels on loungers early and hardly using the space they had stopped other people enjoying & people putting their stuff on bar tables at lunch time then going off for a swim."

"Hotel amazing great facilities. Toilets round pool area many did not have door locks or were smashed glass which was not I. Keeping with the rest of the hotel . Unfortunately not all bar and restaurant staff were polite and were quite rude which when working in hospitality is disappointing as all other staff amazing and welcoming and helpful. Duty manager Miriam was amazing . Despite some of the staffs attitude would still return as had a brilliant holiday."

"This was our 2nd visit to the hotel with our 3 year old. Clean room on arrival and room was cleaned every day new clean towels when requested, we took a spare absorbent sheet to put on our toddlers bed that was washed without being asked which was so kind, all staff very friendly, bar staff always happy to help, pool very clean and plenty of sun loungers all day so no need to go to the pool early in the morning to try and reserve sun beds. Lovely selection of food catering for all needs and dietary requirements. Arcades are great for kids and pool tables for adults. Photos can be taken by staff by pool and around the hotel but perhaps expect these to be done a little more professionally for the price. Minimum is €15 per photo with a minimum purchase of 5 if you also want these digitally. Pool towels are supplied with a deposit paid which is refunded at the end of your stay. Great selection of activities to choose from although we were a little disappointed that the soft play is no longer at this hotel. Evening entertainment is great although worrying that the disco and inside entertainment is over the safe decibel limit for children so this will need to be improved for us to return. Great experience"
