"This property is probably the best we have ever stayed at. The quality of service is totally exceptional - the ethos of going the extra mile epitomises the brand of Ritz Carlton. "This hotel was set in a stunning area, the apartment was very comfortable and in excellent condition. Staff were on the most part very friendly and helpful. The pool was beautiful and very quiet. The only downside was lack of children’s playground and it wasn’t great for running. "

"For a 1* pension hotel the room I had as a solo traveller was superb ! Good sized room, sink, fridge, and balcony was just perfect. Also the property has clearly been renovated as everything appeared new and the common WC/ shower rooms are very modern with a very hot power shower. Raphael and Carlos keep the property spotlessly clean and do a great job. I highly recommend Pension Alcala, but its best to try and book a room with a balcony "

"Très bon hôtel, idéalement situé avec un accès direct à la meilleure plage de sable noir de Adeje. Grand parking pour laisser la voiture. Le buffet le soir est varié avec bar à salade, un côté viande, un coté poisson. Les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisé et la taille de l’hôtel fait que les femmes de ménages commencent tôt, heuresement vous pourrez vous reposer au bord des 3piscines ou à la plage. Nous avons été début mai 2025 et il y avait majoritairement des personnes âgées."

"This is the second time my family and I have stayed at the hotel, and this visit managed to surpass what had already been a wonderful week two years ago.
