"We had a fantastic stay at the Barcelo hotel in Tenerife and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. A special mention has to go to the entertainment team, who brought so much energy and fun to each day, and the bar staff, who were always friendly, attentive, and quick with a smile. There was always something going on for those who wanted to get involved, from activities during the day to lively evening entertainment, but it never felt...

"The pool was ok . It was cold the day we were there. Vine yards ? not sure where they were. We had one 45 watt bulb in each room. No security,. you had to relock the door using a key. $35 US dollar taxi ride. Very nice restaurant Jennifer was fabulous. "

"I did not get info on how to get in and out of the hotel. The concierge is not always there! I had to ring my own taxi on leaving and it was difficult to re-access the building to pick up my baggage as I don't speak Spanish. The room was very tired in decor with multiple scrapes around the doors. It vibrated with the sound of the fridge (?). The only plus was the 6 minute walk to the beach. No breakfast. No snacks. Very basic."

"Ein sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel mit schönen Zimmern. (Wir konnten bei der Reinigung auch eine andere Suite einsehen.) Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, welches wir an der Rezeption, sowohl beim Frühstück, als auch an der Poolbar und im Restaurant (Alma) erleben konnten. Frühstück und Speisen im Restaurant sind top. Die Buchung der Massage, können wir auch empfehlen."

"The hotel was fine my experience was bad I had my money and jewellery taken from my room while at breakfast .. the hotel has so far done nothing to check who entered the room or cctv I’ve emailed them twice and called to be told it’s impossible so my experience was not a nice one "

"Place at the back of the hotel beside the road and construction site with heavy drilling and removal ongoing from around 8am to 5pm. Didnt enjoy the room at all as it was noisy and door where vibrating. Room is lovely, toilets too top notch. Beds okay, not sure what the blanket was from. Swimming pool wasnt heated but was not too cold. Deck chairs again top notch. Dont know where the blankets are? Deposit on enter for a minibar great idea. Lead to a longer check out process so leave a little...

"Very lucky with our room upgrade nothing special just at the pool side because we a lot of people complained about street noice on the other side. Rooms nice and clean . No A/C is not acceptable for an island with a hot weather . In the morning we have to close our bedroom because of the noice coming from delivery stuff getting ready for breakfast . Breakfast was good for the first 2 days . They offered veggies that you can eat. They test very bad like they were keep in the fridge for a month ....
