Quiet oasis within walking distance of everything you need in Playa. Calm, clean and comfortable room. Perfect!

Overall good but my room had few issues and staff is not available frequently. Security box wasn’t working , bathroom lamp had some issues and I couldn’t use the TV. It needs to be upgraded.

Great hotel, shady parking listing

Nice hotel and great service. However listing advertises parking, which is not true. You have to pay a street meter for parking on your own. The meter in front of the hotel is broken and our car ended up getting a boot on it the first day there. I don't recommend this hotel to people with a car.

I would not stay here again it was an ok place to land but everything is a bit dated and every morning there was no hot water it took like 30 or more minutes and me calling them to get the water hot .. the room smelled of musty mold smell and we located the mold it’s in the cement in the shower we paid extra for a suite and that was not worth it either .. you have to pay parking so elect to Put many pesos coins every day all day into the parking machine .. also the whole putting a long gate code in every time you e there the property was a hassle just not that great of place … and honestly I’m not that picky … its right next to 5 th street and all the cafes but there is done Kate night noise from that bit didn’t really bother us that much .. if they cleaned up this property a bit made it nicer to be outside like a fire pit in the seating area made it more inviting and updated the interiors just a bit it would make all the difference.. pay $25 more a night and stay ina nicer place is my advice

Beaucoup trop bruyant

Hôtel très mignon, avec check in digital entièrement automatisé. Gros bémol, il n’y a pas de double vitrage dans les chambres, c’est très bruyant avec plusieurs clubs dont le Coco Bongo juste à côté. Impossible de dormir avant 3h du matin. Nous avons quitté l’hôtel avant la fin de notre séjour sans compensation.
