"Der Aufenthalt im Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen! Erst waren wir skeptisch ob der fehlenden Rezeption, aber das hat sich schnell gelegt. Einen Link zu einer Website, über die wir die Haustür und unsere Zimmertür öffnen können, wurde uns allerdings erst nach 15 Uhr zugesandt. Das Hotel scheint ziemlich neu zu sein. Das Zimmer war in einem makellosen Zustand und übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Sehr nützlich war auch die Kliamanlage, die bei fast 40° Außentemperatur eine wahre Wohltat war. Das Frühstück...

"Receptionist was welcoming and friendly, she stepped in when we were ignored by the bartender and were about to leave. The room was spacious and mostly very clean except for a lot of mould at the bottom of the shower screen, also if you have a bath in the room please provide something to put in it, the shower gel was attached to wall making it impossible to get a bubble in the bath. Location was excellent"

"Orléans was a great city with so much going on. The location of this hotel was perfect, walkable, quiet, with convenient public parking across the street. The room was great, a loft style which was perfect for my family of five. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They offered advice on where to go, had city maps, and answered all of our questions. I had read some reviews that the staff were rude. I think they misspelled ‘don’t necessarily speak English.’ That was not our experience at all....
