Our room was spacious and lovely, very comfortable bed and tea and coffee making in the room as well as water station and coffee machine available in foyer. The breakfast was good. As far as the location it was very convenient for everything. Would definitely stay again.

GREAT STAY YET AGAIN!

Our fourth stop here. Gets better everytime. The staff on reception are very friendly and welcoming and also remembered us 😀 Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location of the hotel is excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

This is a great hotel when visiting Orleans. Close to the station and the centre of town. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also good and a check out time of 12noon very civilised.

The location is excellent. The bed was super soft. The only issue was the heater, which didn't seem to be working. We called reception, but no one picked up the phone. It was the end of the year so we were expected to find a few staff. But over all it was good.
