"Room was clean and comfortable. Continental Breakfast was very good. The location was convenient and less than 10 minute walk to Villa Borghese. Front desk helped with taxis, and fares were under 20 euro to the colosseum and Vatican. "We reserved two rooms about 5 or 6 monthsago. Upon arrival we were shocked to learn it was one room only! The owner livia sent us to another place that was disgusting! I did not sleep a wink! I don’t feel O was compensated appropriately! She said it is rated as 2 and her place is similar. Her place is clean and inviting. NOT that other place. I’d like to discuss this with someone further.
