"The hotel is located at a beautiful spot overlooking lake Como, stunning views. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. However the hotel is extremely difficult to navigate, very confusing set up with various entrances, staircases and elevators. Difficult to get luggage in and out."

"Incredible hotel and location, Room was clean and had everything we needed. Staff were the highlight of the stay, everyone is incredibly welcoming and friendly, went above and beyond for our stay including an out of hours sandwich being made even though kitchen was closed due to our late arrival. Breakfast was tasty and included a large selection. Sadly due to our timings we were unable to experience the SPA but we will be returning for this."

"Lovely accommodation and nice location. Very quiet until church bells got going but they are part of the charm"

"Heel fijn hotel op rustige plek. Mooie tuin, lekker ontbijt en prima kamer. Zwembad niet gebruikt maar zag er goed uit."

"The residence is around 25–30 minutes above Lecco and offers stunning scenery, peaceful surroundings, friendly staff, and a freshly cooked breakfast made to order. The online reviews are accurate, and both the hotel and previous guests strongly recommend travelling by car, as taxis can cost €35–45 each way and many firms are reluctant to travel up to the property. "Initially, I thought choosing this hotel and its location was an excellent decision. The location was convenient yet offered a great sense of privacy. The property itself was beautiful, and the food was excellent. However, I felt that the property's full potential was not being realized, and some improvements would make the overall stay more comfortable and enjoyable."

"Fastastic view Good internet Big room fair Breakfast"

"This is not a great hotel to say the least. The room was dirty, rusty and moldy and had cracks in the wood. We booked 4 night and left after the first one. Breakfast was dull and the gym is very basic. Wouldn’t recommend at all."

"Personeel waren top, hotel en kamers waren schoon netjes"

"The hotel was lovely and was in an excellent and convenient location to the ferry, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was exceptional and the service by Tanya and Jessica was incredible! The room was nice (quite small). The bathroom was beautiful and spacious . The bed was comfortable. The only minor issue we found was that it was a little challenging regulating the temperature (specifically, the heat)."

"Such a comfortable stay. We truly felt relaxed, and the hotel spoils you with an open mini bar with all of the San Pellegrino you want. We loved that they gave us so many drinks and snacks. The bed was so comfortable and it was quiet. The location is gorgeous and the town is truly a special, charming community. Highly recommend staying here."

"Nice breakfast, clean room, very helpful staff, beautiful garden, amazing Christmas decoración !"
