Great stay

Very nice stay! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. Hotel is very close to Como by car (hotel has plenty of parking spots).

Great location for getting to Como and also for Monza - about 30 minutes early morning. Staff were good and provided a breakfast bag as we had to leave early. Room could do with a little maintenance.

- Surprisingly the whole building aircon was switched off... Had to open windows to get some air circulation... Staff's were friendly... - Very close to all facilities.. Was diving hence not a problem.

It was so hot.. no air conditioner.. the staff was ok.. they agreed to change the room but still hot. Breakfast was terrible, and very bad eggs smell. I gave 2/10. I don’t recommend

The property is clean and neat but I did not like the service from the lobby. Young girl who wore black glasses frame was not polite and friendly at all. She should not be in hotel business. I asked her to say again when I could not understand her heavy accent . And she made so much cranky and rude face and talked to me in very rude tone. Her attitude was like why you make me to say same thing again?!! Well, then why don't you have better English to make native English speaker understand you? No one wants to get poor attitude from lobby receptionist. Otherwise breakfast crews were wonderful. I appreciate it. And my room on the 1st floor there was styrofoam boxes were there. I don't understand what kind of cleaning service has served?? Also TV remote control was not even working properly. I just gave up watching Italian TV. TV was 'chunghong' something kind of cheap brand I ever heard about?!! TV and remote control was not even working. It is small town Italy but it is still Best Western. This hotel has to have better TV please. No one wants to see styrofoam tissues are hanging around in the room when they checked-in best western and no one wants to get rude manner from receptionist in the lobby either. It was my worst best western experience except neat breakfast.

Pengene værd.

Hotellet er ganske fint til prisen, 4 stjerner er nok mest på grund af udsigten. Værelserne er ikke lydisolerede, hvilket var tydeligt når en på værelserne omkring tissede om natten. Superfin morgenmad, godt personale.
