Excellent service.

Our room was clean and tidy. All amenities were close by. Specially lot of laundry shops near by, which made our trip easy. Hotel also assist to organise day trips with differe options. Staff is also friendly and helpful.

nice hotel

we stayed at Moxi for two weeks, and i'm really happy to go there a gain because of over all satisfaction, friendly stuff, good clean environment, nice little pool {almost privet }, and a very good welcoming management. If i travel to Phuket a gain i'll definitely go to Moxi. ,

O hotel oferece menos coisas que o enunciado, por exemplo não há 2 piscinas apenas 1 ( a superior que seria aberta está fechada) a inferior é coberta e a água gelada. É um hotel simples e não um hostel boutique conforme anunciado. Tive um problema com a conexão Wi-Fi q só foi solucionado quando tiver q mudar de quarto.

Jättebra. Rummet var stort med bra AC. Fin utsikt upp mot bergen. Personalen var mycket välkomnande och trevlig. Vi testade inte poolen men den såg helt ok ut. Vi bodde under lågsäsong och betalade ca. 20 euro/natt

Billigt boende på en ganska trafikerad gata. Lyhört så man hör trafiken. Ingen frukost möjligt, Tops och 7eleven finns på gatan. Uthyrning av moped tillgängligt på hotellet, men barnhjälm får man hyra på annat ställe. Poolen är inget man nyttjar. Går inte att få sol vid poolen då den är intill receptionen på entréplan. Går att promenera till stranden men tar 20 minuter, ganska nära Otop marknad och Malin marknad (kvällsmarknad med mat). Hade problem med Aircondition och fick byta rum, hotellet var hjälpsamt. Skulle endast bo här om du är redo att göra utflykter till tex Kamala Beach samt snorklingsturer så du inte tänker hänga på hotellet hela dagen.

I booked this Hotel thru Expedia, I was speaking with the owner (Aussie guy) via internal emails to cancel my booking, some 4 months prior to my arrival in Patong. The hotel took 11500 THB for my booking stating that the new owner did not get my cancellation via emails with Moxi Hotel. I have a detailed email list with dates and times. Have emailed Expedia with complaint and fraudulent use of my now cancelled Visa card

Great hotel

Hotel run by a great couple called Brian and tikki, super friendly and accommodating in anyway they can.. always there for any questions I may have, super helpful. Also the receptionist NweNi is fantastic, friendly, good English and good banter and most helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and owners, any issues they will help u with! The hotel will rent u a scooter for a great price to allow u to explore the island which I found great! Very spacious room, cleaned everyday if required with fresh towels and toiletries and the 2 girls are also great, give them a tip! Massage place at end of road is great, mulberry massage! Would defo consider staying here again, if I’m in Phuket. Little side note, might get a cheaper rate booking direct with them so look up their website.

Best hotel in the area. Its a lovely, family run boutique hotel. Staff super friendly and helpful. Great position next to a small supermarket and lots of cafes and restaurants. Huge bedrooms with big balcony. If you have trouble sleeping, then just FYI beds are quite hard and air con fairly loud but wasn't a bother for us as we had a wee bit of wine each night :D I liked the fact you could see the views of the area as you ascend in the lift - but clean those windows! ;) So nice to be waved off by the staff when we left. Great stay in Phuket. Thanks.

Good Hotel :)

We enjoyed our stay in Moxi Hotel, located in good part od Patong but walking distance to the beach is about 15 minutes. Friendly staff, room enough big for 2 people. Minus is swimming pool - looks nice but how to swim there if no place for lying and sunbathing ? Moxi Hotel is good choice for travellers who like to be little big outside from loud party miles and to become good quality.
