Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak
Great staff, however facility is showing a little age. Not a lot of room for breakfast, bar is small for such a large “resort”. Construction outside and bar pool has been replaced with a big square area of grass. Lazy river park great for kids though.

Dirty room, room needed much updating, really no amenities, neighborhood very poor with lots of homeless people. Very nice pool area, good friendly staff. would not go back.

Don't book here. Don't stay here. I didn't stay longer than 10 min in my room after check in. One of the worst rooms I've ever been in. Several places that looked like blood stains on floor, bed, furnishings. Online pics and reviews very misleading. Seemed like a very unsafe area
