Sonesta Simply Suites Phoenix Scottsdale
Property was poorly lit. We drove past the lobby before we saw the tiny lobby sign the was by the pool. The room had cigarette burn marks all over the bathroom floor, there was hair on the bathroom floor. The mattress was extremely worn out.

Extended Stay America Suites Phoenix Scottsdale
Room had dirty wash cloth hanging in the shower. Also smelt like cigarettes. Gym is subpar at best.
