"The hotel is under renovation. nuff said. The staff could be nicer and more forgiving about the situation, but they act like everything is normal and it is always this bad. Based on observation of the breakfast area we ate elsewhere."

"Wow, we had a wonderful stay! Nick checked us in and we asked for a 3rd floor room, convenient parking and a couple additional items to make our stay nice. Nick listened and was attentive to every item. Wow, what a great room he found for us! We especially loved this room because it had a separate bedroom with doors, away from the hallway and bathroom that allowed me to get up early, have coffee, take a shower and my wife could sleep in late, in a quiet , dark bedroom! The exercise room was clean and had great, quality exercise equipment. The handicapped, and regular parking were plentiful and there were multiple entries that our room key-card worked. Thank you for a great stay!"

"It was a quick trip. I didn’t use most of the facilities. The property was clean and the staff I interacted with was great. "

"We checked in early, but our room wasn't ready until nearly 30 minutes after 4pm. We reserved an outdoor cabana only to discover the outside pool was closed. After walking back to the front desk and waiting in line for 30 minutes, they replaced it with an indoor cabana for an extra fee. Not a great way to start. We had to leave a day early for medical reasons and they refused to waive the early checkout fee. Not a good experience."
