The elevator broke I asked for accessible room for my 90-year-old mother a walker. They put us on the fourth floor. The elevator broke the front. Staff was very rude. The phones in the room didn’t work. They only clean the rooms every three days and request in a refund.

Hotel San Carlos - Downtown Convention Center
Although small, the room was clean and comfortable. Parking was a little inconvenient but not terrible. I would have rather have not had to pay, but $15.00 for overnight parking is not too bad either. The entire facility still has a really cool 1920's feel to it. I wonder if anyone has had any "paranormal" ...

Sentral Sol Modern
Newly renovated rooms are excellent, old ones are okay. I upgraded to new room after a day and really enjoyed the stay. I love the location because it is closer to airport, and in the center to west, east or south loops. I would highly recommend anyone to upgrade to the new rooms.
