Checked in late at night and key didnt work to get into room. Went to front desk and they "upgraded" us to a suite. It was terrible. Super hot in the room, no towels and super dirty and run down. Pool looked okay. The rooms were poorly cleaned. Lamp shades were majorly crooked. Single seat in the living room had stains+++ on it. Was afraid to sit in it. Worried about what the stains were!!
