"Ottima esperienza, struttura pulita e funzionale. Concepita come ostello, anche se ho soggiornato con un’amica in una quadrupla ad uso esclusivo, per cui i servizi sono essenziali (no tv, no frigo), ma gli spazi sono comodi, di nuova realizzazione, ed il bagno era ampio con una grande doccia. Pulizie giornaliere, disponibilità di distributori di acqua potabile per riempire borracce, bevande calde e snack nella lounge al piano terra. Vicinissimo alla Visarno Arena"

"La habitación estuvo excelente, al igual que la ducha, pero el agua caliente funciona regular, en un momento el agua quema y al siguiente se pone helada, deben mejorar eso.
Respecto al desayuno hubo buena variedad, menos con los huevos, los 4 días solo huevos revueltos o duros, debería haber más variedad, por ejemplo fritos, ya que como en mi caso en lo que más me gusta del desayuno son los huevos."

"We had a short overnight stay. We had a very early flight out of Florence and chose the property for its proximity to the airport. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The desk was open 24 hours and was able to call a taxi for us who arrived within minutes. This location was perfect for our needs."

"Hi All,
We loved our stay at NilHotel Florence.
Normally when I travel I cannot sleep on bed as most of the time mattress are too soft and does not support my back. But at NilHotel the mattresses were firm and supportive to the whole body which helped me sleep much better and I was able to enjoy Florence better.
The Proprty and room is very cleaner and staff is very friendly.

"The quadra key apartments are a short tram ride from the centre of Florence. Very handy and clean the check in process was easy and the team was very attentive. Only negative would be for me the main road along with the trams can be heard from inside the apartment so if you are a light sleeper it might be an issue."

"The hotel building looks good but inside room was just a little out dated. Room size was good enough for three but even the room was smoke free but smelled the cigarette. Free parking spots are very limited and had to use $8 per night paid hotel garage."

"Great place for a quick stay when heading out the next day on our flight home.
Couple restaurants within walking distance. Rooms quiet, clean, basic.
We appreciated getting into our room early as we were weary from travelling.
The setup for an early morning taxi was also appreciated. Would recommend without hesitation."

"Very basic room close to the airport. Busy with lots of tour group stays. Restaurant with very limited selection. Airport shuttle was not working and they actually charge more than a taxi."

"Did have to ask for the air to be turned on. However, for the price and so near the tram it was a comfortable stay. Take head phones it has thin walls. Good breakfast and there is resturant attached. Enjoy our stay."

"The hotel in person was okay compared to the online photographs but that's with any place I guess. The walls are definitely thin, I suggest you bring ear plugs if you stay here. The bedding was clean, however, the room and hotel walls and structure is a bit crusty. There are nasty looking stains on walls that are not cleaned and so many cracks and dirt along the cracks of the room and bathroom.
