"Very nice hostel, clean, huge, with all the necessity that you needed for any hostel. I will recommend this place for anyone who will book any hotel accommodation in Florence. Steven and the rest of the staff are awesome as well. Super helpful and friendly. It’s a bit walk from the tram but there are buses that are schedule outside the aparto. "

"The hotel restaurant was excellent, as was the hotel breakfast. The only thing that was disappointing was one of the front desk receptionists: curly, red-headed. He never made eye contact; nor did he ever smile. He does not belong in the hospitality business. I was a psychotherapist and I worked in the restaurant/hotel business for over 35 years.
