"La habitación estuvo excelente, al igual que la ducha, pero el agua caliente funciona regular, en un momento el agua quema y al siguiente se pone helada, deben mejorar eso.
Respecto al desayuno hubo buena variedad, menos con los huevos, los 4 días solo huevos revueltos o duros, debería haber más variedad, por ejemplo fritos, ya que como en mi caso en lo que más me gusta del desayuno son los huevos."

"We had a short overnight stay. We had a very early flight out of Florence and chose the property for its proximity to the airport. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The desk was open 24 hours and was able to call a taxi for us who arrived within minutes. This location was perfect for our needs."

"The quadra key apartments are a short tram ride from the centre of Florence. Very handy and clean the check in process was easy and the team was very attentive. Only negative would be for me the main road along with the trams can be heard from inside the apartment so if you are a light sleeper it might be an issue."

"The hotel building looks good but inside room was just a little out dated. Room size was good enough for three but even the room was smoke free but smelled the cigarette. Free parking spots are very limited and had to use $8 per night paid hotel garage."

"The property location is good - close to where we dropped off the rental car and close to the airport the next morning. The room was fine, the bedding and the towels were clean, the bathroom was clean. However, there was a faint odor of sewage coming from somewhere. The restaurant menu for dinner was uninspiring so we didn't stay for dinner. Breakfast was just ok. There was some hot food (rubbery scrambled eggs and weiners) but mostly it was continental options. "I do not recommend that anyone stays at this hotel unless you just literally want to sleep, have breakfast then leave to travel.. Because there is absolutely NOTHING to do either in the hotel or in the local area. It is in the middle of nowhere. Not even any shops nearby or anything. Just a car park infront of the hotel and flats and buildings in the area around it. There is only a pizzeria nearby and pharmacy and that's basically it. No entertainment whatsoever no nothing. I couldn't even watch...

"ok to stay but not recommended:
- Bed kept making noise and almost felt apart (fortunately it did not during my stay)
- Half shower door missing and the floor was all wet after shower
- Room was not well clean, shaved hair and glass fragment found in the shower
- The room was in a residential building. The neighborhood is not very suitable for tourist we need to rely on tram to get to the city, but having a large supermarket close by is a plus side"

"Did have to ask for the air to be turned on. However, for the price and so near the tram it was a comfortable stay. Take head phones it has thin walls. Good breakfast and there is resturant attached. Enjoy our stay."
