"The hotel is small and well run - it is also rather spartan, but was perfect for us: great location, easy access to the tube, a pub within a block was great for breakfast and it and another were good spots for an afternoon/evening pub meal. Staff was quite helpful locating things in the area, as well. It is not a luxury spot, but is great for a place to sleep while exploring London - we'd go back."

"No glasses, (water or wine), no dish towels, no hand towels, only two bath towels, on day 2 battery in the key lock died which left us locked out until someone came after 40 (very stressful) minutes to fix. Hot water died on the last day and we had to text to get instructions to reset. Nice owner with good intentions but we would never book here again."

"A few small steps away from being a decent place to stay. Keyless entry worked well. It's on a fairly busy road (most are in London) so it was a little noisy, but fairly common in London.
Things to fix:
No TV aerial
Tap fitting was really loose. 2 min job to tighten up
No cup or tea making facilities (only a kettle)
Wall a little dirty/mouldy higher up"
