The young gentleman at the reception gave us outstanding service and honoured our VIP status that we had for Radisson (as they have just changed to Majestics hotels) Restaurant/breakfast managers lovely and very attentive and nice. "A good location for exploring the area with easy parking. The room was OK for a night, but I would describe it as tired (e.g. carpet looking in need of a good clean or replacement, bed/mattress seen better days, and much dust inside the desk lamp). I cannot comment on the inclusive breakfast because it didn't start until 8 am and we needed to be away by 7:30."

"Great location, beautifully decorated room and good quality bedding, towels, toiletries etc. However .. our room (9) was TINY .. the gap on one side of the bed was approx 8 inches between the bed and the wall so very difficult to navigate safely particularly at night without stubbing your toe on the one side or bumping into to door handle on the other. "Upon arrival just after 4pm, I was given Room 24 which was on the ground floor, directly adjacent to the dining area without soundproofing but an open doorway. Also in the adjacent rooms were numerous foreign (migrant?) families with children running up and down the short corridor, and plenty of door knocking and chatting loudly in the corridor. I complained to the reception staff (man instead of the young lady who checked me in), he apologised and moved me to another room on 2nd floor, plus...

"Fantastic to be just across the road from the terminal, which allowed us to drop bags, return the hire car on the evening of arrival and sleep a little later for an early flight. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Great breakfast. Dinner was average but totally adequate. Our shower was a bit blocked but overall a great place to stay the night before an early flight."

"A warm and friendly welcome from the receptionist who also very kindly gave me a free upgrade! However the building is very dated and could do with a refurb. A word of warning that it is very loud outside throughout the night, appreciate that it’s also centrally located so that’s the trade off. Overall good stay for one night"
