ASSOLUTAMENTE NON PRENOTARE IN QUESTA STRUTTURA

Al mio arrivo mi viene maleducatamente chiesto di far vedere la mia prenotazione è mi viene intimato di chiamare un numero dopo una ventina di minuti arriva una donna thai che senza manco salutarmi mi mostra una serie di somme da pagare subito ed in contanti. Chiedo di vedere la stanza con vista mare e dopo alcune proteste e varie telefonate alla sua "boss" mi porta in un palazzo al primo piano con vista parcheggio.Chiedo i dati della responsabile e dopo varie prese in giro ed una mezz'ora arriva una donna arrabbiatissima con due ceffi su un furgone.Ovviamente io mantengo la calma e me ne vedo. In sostanza ho perso tutti i soldi per ben 10 giorni e con questa tecnica credo che loro ci giochino molto. UN CONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE DA NON PRENOTARE IN QUESTA STRUTTURA

Watch out for the charges!!!! RUDE

Firstly they called repeatedly ~ we were driving to go~ with poor manners (both in English and in Thai) to check on the the exact arrival time ~ it says 24hrs check in~ with no mention of the extra fees. When we arrive we call to check what part of the building to meet in both English and Thai basically a demand for money first in a really rude manner in Thai. As well as misdirected to which part of the building ~ we never checked in because they were so RUDE. This was made so rather than assisting with check in ~ (we were unaware of the fee for cleaning one night at 800THB!!! ~ sorry that is way out of line that's nearly the cost of the room !!!) Admittedly this was with a discount from my voucher however the going rate for the area is WAY too high anyhow...so basically my free night voucher was lost and I tried to cancel the book for refund and no luck so the free night was charged as it didn't cover the full cost of the room..... We ended up going to a better hotel for a small amount more than the cleaning fee!!! With BREAKFAST so this needs to be addressed severely by ALL booking agents dealing with these sharks.

จองมาแบบไม่ได้แพลน คิดว่าเหมือนที่พักทั่วไป อ่านดูราละเอียดห้องพักก็ดี แต่แอบซ่อนเงื่อนไขไว้ ต้องจ่ายเงินสดให้คนดูแลเพิ่มเป็นค่าทำความสะอาด? เราตกลงจ่ายให้ แต่ต้องรอให้มาเปิดห้องให้ ใช้คำพูดยอดแย่ ไม่เคยเจอที่ไหนมาก่อน บริการยอดแย่ โทรติดต่อก็บ่นออกมาทางโทรศัพท์ให้ได้ยิน ไม่แนะนำอย่างยิ่งสำหรับที่นี่

จองห้องวิวนี้ ได้ห้องวิวนั้

จิงๆจองห้อง pool view ไว้ แต่ไปถึงได้ห้อง garden view ซึ่งราคาต่างกัน ทางนั้นแจ้งว่าห้อง pool view เต็มแล้ว ซึ่งดิชั้นไม่โอเคกับเรื่องนี้ค่ะ
