Hi again I do apologize for the water situation. As you know, Phuket has a major water shortage and water mainly comes from Tankers which can take anything from 2 hrs to 6hrs to arrive and we also has a leak in our underground tank, which is now fixed. I do hope that you were still able to enjoy your holiday here with us.

Thank you for your review, we are very sorry that you were kept waiting at reception on your arrival. On our safe boxes in the rooms, we have a sign asking guest to leave the door open when they leave, but many guests close them and our cleaning staff should also notice, clearly on this occasion they missed this and once again we apologize, If reception are told of a closed safe we can very quickly open it for you. The stain on the sheet, we have no explanation for, this is totally unacceptable and we are currently talking to our cleaning staff to find out how this happened and once again apologize for this. On the basis that you extended your stay with us, I hope that these 3 errors of ours did not stop you enjoying your stay at Adonis.

Everyone is different! We always do everything we can to accommodate people who express a preference when making a booking.
