"When I first arrived at the hotel to check in, I tried to use the automatic system, but this asked for me to pay the full price, of which I had already paid most of it through the Expedia app. I had to then call the hotel and the staff came down and checked me in. When I entered the room, it stunk of chlorine, making it hard to breathe. The shower was not fully clean and the toiletries (2 bottles of hand soap) were not good. The rooms were not sound proofed at all and when lying in my bed, I had several ants climb over the bed and myself. The free WiFi advertised only covered the reception area and was private with the only way of accessing it by scanning a qr code on the owner's phone. The breakfast was ok, but not great. Very little option, with several vending machines and machines not working. The location of the property is good however, with the bus stop close by, several beaches less than an hour walk and 2 large supermarkets very close by including a few restaurants/ take out places."

"Room was spotlessly clean. Funny damp smell in hallway to rooms. Breakfast choices not good, which was surprising as the restaurant food was excellent."

"The listing did not specify that parking had to be reserved and was limited. The hotel accommodated us by perming us to park in the service lane way. "

"The property is located in an isolared area, so solo travelers should be careful. The floors and walls were stained and appeared to have mold spots. When I checked in, my shower wasnt working with the hose having a massive hole and the doors are very hard to push open. I requested to change rooms because of the shower and a group of men saw which room I stayed in. The receptionist said she would fix the shower but I could not change. She did change the showerhead and the bathroom itself was pretty clean overall. Just be careful in the area."

"That was one of the most terrible stay for a long time, When we arrived the receptionist told me i have to check in via the checking computer but it didn’t work after 20 of trying he came and said it not working i will do it manually, that was not kind at all, 2 NO safe, NO fridge, NO phone, air conditioner working poorly, with the temp we were sweating all night, 3 next we went to take breakfast it was 9:05am the receptionist asked if we booked the breakfast i said no she then I can’t accept you!!! Since you didn’t book before 9:00 I offered even to pay in cash unfortunately she refused although i told her no one gave us the information before. 4 last day at 9:00 am some one was knocked at the door, I opened and the lady told just to remind you to leave the room at 12:00 noon, I was really surprised by this behavior. She could have came a little later. The employees were really very young and seem not to know about the hospitaly job. It really unfortunate and i am really disappointed. Maybe the only positive point is the lactation of the Hotel very close to the marina and nice restaurants around luckily we were very well served."
