La atencion en general, el staff de la recepcion muy servicial. El apartamento Executive muy confortable, totalmente renovado. El edificio tiene parking propio, lo cual es excelente. Tambien ofrece una lavanderia ( de pago). Volveremos sin duda. No hay nada que no nos haya gustado, quedamos totalmente conformes.

Prima service en vriendelijke medewerkers. Ligging nabij shopping center - met tal van eetgelegenheden - en een grote supermarkt. Goed ingerichte studio, met de nodige faciliteiten. Oh, en kort bij Disneyland, via metro of op wandelafstand (ca. 30 min.). ;-)

Great location and apartment. Very good customer service and knowledge. Breakfast option was not to the standard expected with hot food not replenished and when request was told it was ‘finished’ even though there was another 2 hours of breakfast time to go - plenty of people who arrived after 9am were also disappointed especially as prepayment was taken at checkin. Would stay again but give breakfast a miss.

The hotel was perfect for a trip to Disneyland Paris, opposite the train station and accommodated all five of us. The staff were exceptional, polite, attentive, helpful at all times day and night. The rooms were clean and spacious, good shower and bath and kitchen area. The only things that could have been improved were: two curtains in the bedroom instead of one, Much improved hot options for breakfast (the sausages and bacon were very dodgy!)

Zweckmäßiger und gerade für Familien großzügige Einrichtung. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung war schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Aber dennoch sauber und zweckmäßig und der Checkin war einfach un problemlos in der Umgebung durch die Shopping MALL und das Outlet Center gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Im fußläufig erreichen Moxy Hotel kann man auch gut eine Kleinigkeit abends essen gehen , da das Hotel Restaurant des ResidHome an diesem Tag geschlossen hatte.

Very close to train station, restaurants, shops, Disneyland Paris. The flooring in our room (127) going into the bathroom was not in good condition but didn't impact our stay overly once we were aware of it.

Always stayed on site at a Disney hotel, but after staying here I won’t go back to a Disney hotel! 1 metro stop away from Disneyland which took around 3 mins, excellent staff, lovely location, loads of local restaurants, nice big clean room and better value for money!

The design of hotel worked for our large family but rooms were small and in ill-repair (floors were buckling and noisy, evidence of water damage and possible mold). Advertises laundry facilities but there are 2 washers and 2 dryers for 8 floors of rooms. Also, neither of our room doors closed without force, caused security anxiety with housekeeping coming and going. Location (proximity to RER and shopping) and price were good but would not stay again.
