Regarding the shuttle service, kindly note that, the pick up/drop off point is determined by the Airport itself. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to stop somewhere else in the airport area.We already know that this is not easy for the guests and that's why we put an informative note in each shutlle to explain it. Did you see it during you pick up or drop off travel ? We also send all the shuttle information to all the guests who provide us with an email address attached to their reservation a few days before as you can have all the information you may need to find the shuttle.
