バスタブの排水口の切り替えが壊れており、フロントに申し出たが応急処置はされたが（修理できず）4日間シャワーでした。同じフロアにもう一部屋借りておりましたので移動するのが困難でした。 又、部屋のお掃除がされてないような気がしました。壁際に落ちていた白いゴミが到着日から出発日まで目についておりました。

Convenient.
Good location near metro for access to Paris. Underground parking (€20/night). Very hot in room (4 people, 10th floor). Sofa bed ok. Super little restaurant ‘Melting Pot’ nearby.

Este hotel está muy descuidado, bañera tapada, las agarraderas del baño oxidadas y el aire acondicionado no funciona del todo bien. En cuanto al menú de desayuno es simplemente muy escaso, solo es huevo revuelto mal cocido, salchichas, papas y unas croquetas como cómo arroz, jamón picado y pechuga. Durante muchísimo años he visitado Paris y me he ya hospedado siempre en ese hotel; pero cada año está más descuidado, sinceramente su servicio debe cambiar, por el momento no lo recomiendo.

L’hôtel est neuf, les chambres familiales sont très spacieuses, propres, le petit déjeuner est bien fourni ! Le seul bémol est le parking en supplément 20€ la nuit!

The staff were okay. We booked a room with double bed and sofa bed. We checked-in and when we unfold sofa bed, it does not have matters, instead of getting a new matters, they were asking us to move a room, that's around 1AM. We were tired after travel and had to fight to get a new room. Staff were able to scramble and gave us a new room, but new room does not have soap and fixtures are broken in bath room. The only positive thing with hotel is staff; when we report an issue they will try to address within their capacity.

The quality of the breakfast was not as expected. There were cracks in the wall in the room where paint work is required. I was expecting a bit more than a budget hotel from Novotel. But the room and breakfast felt more like a budget service.

POOREST OF THE POOR
Worse hotel experience in my life. First I got a room that was totally ruined by tobacco, it smelled like an ashtray. They didnt want to chance it because "hotel was full". They sprayed some chemical to there and claimed that now its Ok :D When I didnt buy it and asked a new room anyway, they told me that its impossible cause I have used the toilette (during three hours wait). Then it get serious and I insisted to fix the problem, somehow they found a new room. I feed my dogs better than my first morning breakfast was. Followind days reservation (already paid) was completely missing, had to pay double and they wont answer your e-mails :D NICE WORK JUST DONT GO THERE

A two and a half star hotel with rude staff
It is not a four star hotel in a million years. It doesn’t even reach three stars. The hotel staff have no idea of customer service. Many of them were rude. 1. The key to the room did not work multiple times during our stay and we had to go back to reception and make a line to reactive it. 2. Only few of the elevators work up to a point in which a lot of people wait to go up. 3. Three of four times no one answered the gate door. Not even when the car that would take us to the airport tried to enter. We even went inside to ask the security guy at the entrance to open it and he said he couldn’t in a very rude way. 4. To enter to have breakfast there were lines every day of over 33 people even though there were plenty of empty tables inside. When we asked, they said they were under staffed. 5. The person at check in was not welcoming or friendly at all. He didn’t even pat attention to our questions or try to answer them. 6. Even to leave and pick up luggage at reception you have to do it yourself in the storage room (which shall not happen in a four star hotel). 7. The AC did not work in the rooms and the convention’s meeting halls. 8. The room condition is not that of the four stars the hotel portrays at their entrance. It’s more a two and a half.

El hotel es muy bonito, limpio y cómodo. Pero, está muy lejos de la zona turística y los alrededores son escuetos. El menú del hotel es limitado y el bufete poco variado.

Es war mit die schlechteste Erfahrung überhaupt. - Zimmer waren zu heiß (und das im Winter!) => Klimatisierung zum Runterkühlen ging nicht => Fenster gab es, Liesen sich aber nicht öffnen, da man laut Rezeption gegen „Sprunghafte Leute“ nicht abgesichert sei - Frühstücksbuffet mehr als unterirdisch => Auswahl zwischen 2 Wurst und 2 Käsesorten => Rührei gleicht einem 10-sekündigen Anbraten und war an beiden Tagen matschig und ungenießbar => Keine Brötchen sondern nur Toast, Baguette und süßes Brot Fazit: 1x und nie wieder! 4 Sterne ungerechtfertigt.

Pas au niveau d’un novotel
Enregistrement très lent, la chambre bien,la salle de bain mériterait un bon rafraîchissement. La salle de petit déjeuner très petite pour le nombre de chambres et des grandes tables on a été obligés de déjeuner avec des inconnus. 2 ascenseurs sur 5 en panne. La cafétéria était fermée et le restaurant pas beaucoup de choix et il ne faut pas être pressé. Et le parking on m’avait dit 20€ mais c’est par jour donc j’en ai eu pour 40€. Pratique car on avait une convention sur place mais sinon je ne le recommanderai pas car pas au niveau que je me fais d’un Novotel.

Proximity to the metro was very good, and the covered parking is safer. I would have liked to be able to open a window even if it was just a crack. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Very busy, check out was nice and simple.

La struttura e vicino alla metro ma il quartiere è abbastanza degradato...la struttura è deludente. Bella la hall ma la stanza non era adeguata a tre persone. Moquette non proprio pulita e stanza troppo piccola per tre persone. Armadio inesistente ( 4 grucce e 2 ripiani tutto a vista) non ho potuto mai disfare le valigie Assolutamente non un 4 stelle.

Zeer goedkoop voor overnachten zonder ontbijt, familiekamer voor 4 personen had bedbank met kuil in matras. Sliep niet fijn. Bij binnenkomst kamer erg warm en aircofilter moest vervangen worden. Dat werd wel meteen gedaan. Op de gang hing een vieze lucht die soms via airoco ook de kamer in kwam. Metrohalte dichtbij, in metro is het nog wel een eindje naar het centrum.
