Geachte heer Senler,Hartelijk dank dat u voor uw verblijf in het Gabriel Paris hotel heeft gekozen en dat u uw ervaringen heeft gedeeld.U had feitelijk een Standaard kamer gereserveerd, maar wij boden u een Superior kamer aan, veel groter dan de oorspronkelijk gereserveerde kamer. We zijn zeer verrast om te horen dat de maat niet bij u past, omdat onze kamers groter zijn dan de Parijse standaardgrootte.We hebben ook de categorieën Luxe en Prestige binnen ons etablissement met een grootte tot 35 vierkante meter, voor het geval u opnieuw bij ons wilt verblijven.Wat betreft de "gedateerde" indeling zijn wij ook erg verrast omdat we zojuist de werkzaamheden aan het gehele hotel hebben afgerond en dit wordt zeer gewaardeerd door onze klanten.Wat betreft de grootte van de ontbijtzaal, ook al is deze klein, hebben we een tijdslot van 4 uur ingericht, zodat al onze klanten het tijdstip kunnen kiezen waarop ze willen lunchen en elkaar niet hoeven te betreden. Andere hotels bieden over het algemeen tijdslots van 2 tot 3 uur aan.Misschien heeft u de volgende keer, als u weer in Parijs wilt verblijven, de ruimte om in een grotere kamer in ons etablissement te verblijven en van gedachten te veranderen.Wij wensen u een fijne dag,Vriendelijke groeten.

Signor Donati,La ringraziamo per aver scelto l'hotel Gabriel Paris per il suo soggiorno.Innanzitutto, grazie per aver trovato il tempo di scrivere un commento sulla nostra struttura e per aver apprezzato la nuova decorazione della hall dell'hotel.Siamo stati un hotel 3* fino al 2017, quindi abbiamo convalidato la nostra quarta stella nello stesso anno e ci siamo appena riqualificati come hotel a quattro stelle nel 2022 per un periodo di 5 anni. Offriamo tutti i servizi che un hotel a quattro stelle può chiedere... Come il servizio in camera, il bar, il minibar... La superficie della vostra camera Superior è di :15,3 m2, ma disponiamo anche di camere Luxury e Prestige fino a 35 m2. :-)Tuttavia, siamo sinceramente dispiaciuti di sapere che l'addetto alla reception notturna non sia stato cordiale con voi durante il vostro soggiorno. Se ha il tempo di spiegarci cosa è successo via e-mail, saremo lieti di sentirla per avviare una conversazione esplicativa con lui in modo che questo non accada mai più.Se pensate di tornare a Parigi nei prossimi mesi, vi promettiamo di non deludervi di nuovo, offrendovi eventualmente un upgrade e una tariffa migliore.Siamo ancora una volta molto dispiaciuti che il vostro soggiorno non sia stato all'altezza delle vostre aspettative.Vi auguro ogni bene,

We are really sorry to learn that you didn't had a great experience with us and your expectations was not the ones that you was looking for.The size of the room that you occupied was one of the biggest of the hotel which is 25 meter square.The average double room in Paris is 16 m2, which is still a very spacious room. As well, you had a balcony... I guess that it was raining during your stay from the 11st of May 2023 and that's why it was a little bit humid, butI can assure you that we have no moisture in our rooms... Also, the building is old, yes but the front of the hotel was repainted a year ago and the hotel is very well kept and refreshed often for our customer's comfort. :-)We're also planning work in the near future which we hope will give us a second chance to prove to you the potential we have to offer you.I wish a nice day and my apologies about your bad experience with us. :-(Sincerely yours,
