You should had chosen the deluxe room because it includes A/C. You had chosen the basic cheapest room without A/C

Instead of choosing the cheapest price, you should have chose the rooms fitted with A/C which are more comfortable but more expensive. You have chosen a room without A/C and you are disappointed because there is no A/C !!!For the rest of your review, if it was true, you should tell it at your arrival. But you did not at all during your whole stay !!! who lives in Rottehul ? we let you answer it ...
