Dear Mr G Oro, We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience you met with the bath tub. Please accept our apologies.We carry out renovation work once or twice a year. We installed a gym with very modern machines, redid the paintwork and wallpaper in all the common areas in 2024 and above all we changed all the air-conditioning units in the hotel to extremely powerful, reversible units. In 2025, we are actually planning to redo our bathrooms if the economic situation allows. We are very keen to maintain the hotel's high quality standards. Sorry again. Best regards. Virginie

Nous sommes cependant navrés que vous ayez été dérangé par des nuisances sonores venant des chambres autour de vous. Pour assurer le meilleur confort possible à notre clientèle, nous avons récemment installer des murs phoniques doublés de laine de verre. Néanmoins, il est vrai que c’est un bâtiment parisien qui date de la fin des années 1900, et si certains de nos clients ne respectent pas les règles de bon sens, il est tout à a fait regrettable que les autres doivent en pâtir. Si toutefois nous avons la chance de vous accueillir à nouveau, n’hésitez pas à vous adresser à la réception en cas de bruit persistant, l’équipe ne manquera pas de d’intervenir immédiatement.
