Bonne surprise

C est une bonne adresse pour un court sejour: il est bien situé, dans un quartier dynamique, avec de multiples cafes, restaurants et boulangeries,au pied du metro jourdain. La chambre au 5eme etage, bien que petite etait confortable, calme, avec une jolie vue sur l eglise de la place. L accueil etait egalement convivial. Un bemol, la reception et la salle du petit dejeuner qui restent sombres et sentent un peu la cigarette. Mais l ensemble reste positif et nous y retournerons.

Séjour convenable pour un 2 étoiles. Hôtel en cours de rénovation. La propreté peut être améliorée au niveau des espaces communs et de la chambre. Difficulté de communication avec l'accueil (bruit dans ma chambre, information que quelqu'un passerait, la personne n'est pas passée, refus de me donner une facture portant seulement sur le montant que j'ai payé, puis finalement facture fournie). Une formation sur l'accueil clients et le gestion émotionnelle pourrait être un vrai plus pour cet hôtel.

Simple but clean room. Staff were not so friendly but neither were rude. So it's a ok experience. Ideal to people that does not spend much time at the hotel and prefers to explore the city. Located in a quiet and peaceful area. 15, 20 minutes to the center by metro.

When you arrive in front of the hotel, it looks run down, but the bedrooms are remodeled, the mattresses excellent, the bathroom with the perfect water pressure and even bathtubs! I had two issues during my stay: the over the sink light blew up, and a person of the night staff overcharged me an extra person because he didn't get the right transmission from the day staff. They tried immediately to fix the light, but it was more than only the neon, so it had to wait until Monday (not an issue as there were ceiling lights). And after three epic failed attempts to refund my cc for the overcharge, the co-owner decided to give me cash back instead, and even comped the city taxes for the trouble! Plus we laughed a lot. All good. I had a room at the back, quiet. Definitely an address to remember.

Y aller pour un séjour rapide et économique

Hôtel peu cher qui fait l'affaire pour une ou deux nuits mais pas plus. Nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre il restait un sac poubelle plein. Nous sommes allés le signaler, le gérant l'a immédiatement retiré en s'excusant, donc sympa mais un peu moyen. Ensuite l'oreiller sentait clairement le parfum de quelqu'un pareil le gérant l'a changé. Il y avait une fenêtre sans volets donc ,leo jour et les lumières parisiennes qui entrent. La chambre (11 de mémoire) est collée au la douche de la chambre d'à côté, si le voisin prend une douche c'est comme si vous utilisez étiez. Donc des points au revoir mais personnel sympa et tarif intéressant.

Loved the staff. They were all so cool and helpful. Helped me with my French too. Being close to a subway station (Jourdain) was great. Everything was smooth, and I’d definitely return.

cartier en travaux de renovation, mais hotel bien isolé permettant un bon repos et tres bon accueil. Seul petit point pour moi qui suis fort: l'entrée de la douche est trop étroite et je n'ai pu m'en servir. "litrie tres confortable et super propreté. Merci et je reviendrait dans votre établissement, étant suivi à la clinique des mossins "rue de Romainville"

no A/C, far from Paris attractions- but if you can navigate the Metro etc, you'll have no problems... there was a great Italian restaurant on the block behind the Hotel ! & Hotel was clean ( one of the cleanest bathrooms on my trip ) and there was an elevator ,although very small in size.......

Très bonne solution bon marché

Le personnel est très aimable, l'hôtel est tout à fait correct pour Paris à un prix particulièrement bon marché. Décidément un bon point de chutte pour de courts séjours parisiens. Une partie des chambres a déjà été rénovées, le reste pour bientôt. J’étais dans une ancienne chambre mais très bien entretenue.
