The place was tidy and easy to find. Metro was right there and a grocery was so convenient. The kitchen table and tiling in the bathing room could have been updated a bit more. However fine to sleep and tour Paris. Especially if you are not really relying on the hotel for food or to relax and hang out. We had jammed packed days so perfect for us.

Bien pour visiter Paris
Station de métro au pied de l'immeuble ainsi qu'un Casino bien achalandé. Appartement calme, propre et spacieux pour 4 personnes. Petit bémol la salle d'eau mériterait un bon rafraîchissement (rideaux de douche déchirés, flexible qui fuit et pommeau de douche avec très peu d'eau)

I chose this place for the price and location which were both great. The staff was very nice. I also knew like most places they didn't have air conditioning. Checking the weather i didn't think we would need it. Unfortunately the second week was a heat wave and every day was 97 degrees. So it was hard to sleep. You do have a fan. I asked for another one and was told they didn't have any more. And from sweating at night they only clean the rooms every few days which sucked. I did like this place and would recommend if you don't care about air.

Inventar der Zimmer alles veraltet , Badezimmer klein Duschbereich zu klein Inventar billige Ausstattung und teilweise dreckig . Der Ausblick vom Fenster war direkt in die Wohnungen der Nachbargebäude . Jeden Abend war es laut bis spät in die Nacht . Vor dem Eingangsbereich des Hotels tummelten sich ständig Typen umher und es war ein Duft von Mariuana zu riechen . Im Parkbereich des Hotels war es so Dunkel das man nur mit einer Taschenlampe sich bewegen konnte . Und es gibt noch vieles mehr........... , ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen

Séjour Villejuif appart’city
Très bon accueil, appartement un peu vétuste (baignoire avec des traces de rouille, manque caches sur blocs de prises, lave vaisselle condamné, manque de couverts) Bien placé proche du métro et du centre commercial.

They were doing renovations and too much noise that they didnt care that we are sleeping with kids at 7 am , they didnt clean the room our entire visit

La prima camera assegnata era al primo piano con il corridoio puzzolente, sporca, malridotta (segni di bruciature di sigarette un po' ovunque e tapparelle rotte) e puzzava di fumo. Ho chiesto immediatamente che venisse cambiata. Mi è stato detto che tutte le camere erano occupate ma che il giorno dopo me ne avrebbero assegnata un'altra. Il giorno dopo la nuova camera non era disponibile. Dopo mia insistenza me ne hanno assegnata una che almeno non puzzava di fumo ed era un po' più pulita. Abbastanza insonorizzata verso l'interno, poco verso l'esterno. Una tapparella era rotta (quindi sveglia presto con le prime luci). Per 3 giorni di fila ho chiesto che il bagno venisse fornito di scopino. Prezzo alto per la qualità dell'alloggio. Le uniche due note positive sono la prossimità alla fermata della metro 7 (20 min per il centro) e il supermermecato al piano terra.

Appartement agréable cuisine à notre disponibilité
Le séjour était convenable l hôtel est bien entretenu ,calme Respect avec les usagers ,proche de magasin casino proche des arrêts de bus et de gares de tramways réservation de taxis sur place possibilité de réservation chambre pour 1 semaine ou deux semaines idéal pour passer des séjours en familles.

Great location - right next to metro station, above supermarket, restaurants nearby etc. Note this hotel did not have AC so the rooms are unbearably hot in summer. Staff were professional and friendly.

Très très limite...
J’ai signalé un spot HS dans la salle de bain, déjà peu éclairée : n’a pas été changé pour autant. Poche de gel douche vide à l’arrivée. Je le signale, et on me dépose un poche neuve à l’entrée de la chambre : à moi de me débrouiller pour le remplacement !! Lit pas fait, poubelle non vidée, en fait chambre non faite le deuxième jour. La réception m’indique que la chambre n’est faite (lit, serviettes, poubelle, ménage, …) que tous les 5 jours et que c’est à moi de vider les poubelles !! Que je ne suis pas dans un 5 étoiles, qu’il y a 700 chambres à faire tous les jours ! A 157 euros la nuit, c’est à moi de vider les poubelles ! Et attention, pas de clim, juste un ventilo très bruyant. Mais ce n’est pas indiqué dans l’annonce donc rien d’anormal. Par contre, aucun distributeur automatique comme indiqué dans le descriptif.

The staff was really nice and our rooms were very tidy. The only hassle was that you needed your access card in order to use the elevator. All in all,we had a good experience in this hotel :)

Metrostation direkt vor der Tür. 20min bis zum Louvre 30min zum Eiffelturm 70min zum Disneyland. Tiefgarage vorhanden 11€ pro Tag. Supermarkt und Bäcker direkt vor der Tür. Appartement war sauber aber vieles defekt. Duschabtrennung verschimmelt.

Less than a minute to metro and grocery store in the ground floor is so convenient. Staff is good and respectable. Hotel has good crockery to cook. We had problem with hot water during the stay and had to bath with cold water in the evening. Morning also after 3 people bath, rest has to do cold water bath.

The location is terrific--right next to the metro with a supermarket and parking garage in the same building. Our room was simple but it was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only thing we didn't like was the tile floor in the entry/kitchenette squeaked with every step we took. Don't know if it was sticky or something else.
