"Free parking was very helpful and transport links were good. The reception desk when we arrived was a bit chaotic with staff trying to help multiple people at the same time and 1 member of staff taking my passport and then just leaving it on the desk for then me to request it back before leaving. Room was good and good size and clean."

"The property was nice, but there were some issues. We didn’t have heat for 3 nights, the towel warmer never worked and the remote to the TV was a bit fussy. The choices for food nearby weren’t great, depending on your diet and taste. There is a 24 hour bakery around the corner that was our saving grace in a pinch.
