El hotel queda en un lugar centrico, tiene cerca el supermercado el machetazo donde encuentras super ofertas, lo único malo que el lugar a partir de la 7 es un poco pesada ... Osea hay gente así media sospechosa en las cuadras pero de allí el hotel para mí estuvo bien, buena atención, para que lo que pague considero que estaban bien las habitaciones

Everything was outdated and dirty! Check in was ok but they had no parking as was in the description that there would be parking. The sheets had stains on them and the air conditioner is both rooms we booked didnt work properly and one actually broke in the middle of the night! TV only had 1 working channel and the bathrooms were dirty as well.

El hotel siempre me ha parecido bien, en esta ocasión el aire y electricidad del cuarto no funcionaban, llamé a recepción y no parecían muy preocupados por resolverlo, me fui del hotel y aún no estaba funcionando, por lo que al alistarme estaba sudando, me alegró que llegará el taxi para poder irme.

Never coming here again. EVER!

I needed this hotel to wait for a plane, however, my plans on saving a lil but of money turned on me when I decided to go to this hotel. Bad area, even though there’s a police station in the same block, it’s very sketchy and looked dangerous. Room was clean, but decors were terrible, really small bed my feet hardly fit, and uncomfortable. Cherry on top was at time of check out, the lobby lady decided it was a good idea to ask for my credit card to CHARGE me for my stay, because, according to her, it wasn’t paid for. She didn’t care I showed her. Y credit card statement, not when I showed her the email confirmation. I had to make a phone call (long distance) to the hotels.com company for them to call the hotel and tel her what I already told her! Almost missed my flight. Never got an apology from her.

Relativ günstig, aber mehr auch nicht.

Das 1. Zimmer hatte kein Fenster. Beim zweiten war zumindest ein Minifenster vorhanden. Der TV war so klein und das Bild so schlecht, dass man ihn nicht zählen konnte. Die Bettwäsche war fleckig und das Zimmer sowie das Bad sehr abgenutzt. Das Restaurant hatte über die Feiertage geschlossen und das Personal war nicht sehr bemüht. Und bei der Reinigung wurde meine private Seife weggeschmissen.

Basic clean comfortable

Basic but comfortable. Ceiling paint peeling. Room safe never worked, door swipe key sometimes did sometimes did not. Convenient to metro Loteria station. 5 de Mayo one stop leads to Old City. Albrook two stops gives access to Mall and Tica Bus and National Transport Terminal where Miraflores bus at outside area D is $.25 to Canal locks. Hot shower. Police station, backery, dept store, restaurant, casino, fire station all in the block.

Reservamos uma diaria com café da manha e quando fizemos checkin foi informado que nao tinha café da manha. Mostrei a reserva do hoteis.com impressa mas o gerente do hotel se negou a dar o café. Solicito urgentemente o estorno do valor pago no meu cartao de credito. Ja entrei em contato e nao tive retorno. Aguardo ajuste urgentemente.
