"Location was very central so lucky to have found this. Room was spacious and clean. Staff really nice too. Rooftop was a pleasant surprise but they wanted to double charge me. It was sorted at the end as I showed them evidence of the payment."

"Hotel was very centrally located and had a lovely view from the roof top pool and bar - some of the staff were friendly and helpful but some not so much - room had everything we needed but was a bit short on storage - a shame as there was room for more - eg bedside drawers rather than just a shelf - shower & bathroom excellent - plenty of sun loungers round the pool but would have appreciated a few more parasols - overall I liked this hotel and would recommend and return"

"I had a very pleasant stay at Isla Mallorca Hotel & Spa. The location is great—it’s about a 25-minute walk to the city center, making it easy to explore Palma on foot. There’s also a huge supermarket just 2 minutes away, which was very convenient, and parking was possible for free on the street—you could always find a place next to the hotel, and it was very convenient, and the hotel has excellent bus connections to different parts of the city and the airport.
