"We took a risk booking bc there were no reviews around that time, but genuinely this was the BEST EXPERIENCE. This was the perfect stay for our first time to Italy/ and Europe in general. So easy to check in and the communication with the host was fast and efficient. In an old Rome building, but the rooms are updated and clean. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you want to feel safe, clean, and walking distance to everything, this is the place!"

"Although located on a busy street, the location was perfect (and quiet from the interior). Staff was excellent and helpful. There is a lift, which was super helpful for luggage transport). "Clean and well maintained hotel. The staff do not seem to care about the guests here. I was watching TV with other guests in the hotel lobby. A staff member approached us and asked us to turn down the volume which I thought was strange as we had been watching TV for an hour or so while having cocktails from the bar. The staff member told us that the TV volume was disrupting other guests who were trying to work. Then the staff member had a loud internal staff meeting right next to us in the lobby...
