"Everything about the hotel was tip top apart from one thing. Before arrival, we weren't warned about renovation work being carried out, not even by email. We were informed of this on arrival. We stayed two night's, and after the first night, the works started happening at SEVEN AM. We chose to give the hotel staff the benefit of doubt. After the second night (when we were due to check out) I complained to a member of staff at the concierge who insisted on gas lighting me and states the contrary until her colleague arrived to confirm that I was right. I wish I took her name to complain to NH hotel for the ridicule. Her colleague and her struggled to find a way to remedy our dissatisfaction, I suggested cancelling the tourist tax, i.e. they pay for it which they wouldn't. We were offered free parking but we didn't drive for this particular holiday. All we got was complimentary mini bar usage, so we raided it on check out. It was a slight compensation for the initial discomfort in a broken sleep. Would I stay again: yes, the buffet was fantastic and location for the hotel were phenomenal. My wife and I were not impressed by the initial way we were dealt with by the rude lady in reception (who I can't report to NH). 7/10"

"The main reason for choosing this place was because I had a super early flight and in terms of proximity to the airport it gets a 10/10. Note that this is NOT a luxury hotel, the street can be noisy (popular street for airport pick ups well into the evening) and it could do with some thicker curtains - bright flashing lights outside. At the end of the day though we spent only a few hours there and made our flight, the host was friendly and helpful, met our requirements."

"So this is not a bad place.. it’s just completely not what I expected. It is really renting a room. There is no front desk. Before arrival, I received directions to get my keys from a lock box and to leave cash for tax. The directions came through in 6 emails, each email with a few words of the directions that I pieced together. It is not far from the airport, but it is not close to Pisa. The location worked for me because I was doing a quick day stop to see Pisa (don’t need more time than that) and then flying out early to Prague. Maybe I did not clearly read the description when I booked, but was completely not what I expected."

"Check in was easy and they were very friendly and helpful, reception are there 24/7. Rooms are basic tidy amd clean. There are spare pillows of you need them. We didn't have breakfast. Its a great location 20 mins walk from the airport, 2min walk to the station and then a noice walk through the shopping area over the bridge and through to the tower. The location of this hotel is great."

"The staff was friendly and helpful, spoke English which was a plus. Very helpful with Directions. The room was clean and had many options in the mini fridge to buy. The breakfast was superb! "

"Fantastic location, very walkable to the shopping area and leaning tower, near decent pizza place and lovely cafe. Quiet road. Superb breakfast! Lovely staff, really helpful and friendly. We had a great stay."
