"the room was smaller then the picture. I notieced the bathroom and the room wasn't as clean."

"The room was too small. The curtains were dirty. The faucet in the bathroom was loose and the receptionist she wasn't helpful at all i asked her a question about breakfast , and she was dismissive."

"Excellent, will go back again soon. "

"great hotel"

"A bit dated room but comfortable Breakfast was expensive. $25 / person extra charge."

"In all honesty I believe that it is over priced. I was there for a very long layover and wanted to spend the extra money as a celebration for myself. The rooms are very small. "No complimentary for water, you have to pay $3/bottle. The room is old."

"Staffs are nice and very helpful, they let us check in before 3 pm and let us stayed after 11am.We arrived at the hotel around 10:30am on a red eye flight and we needed to rest and sleep and they were very accommodating, and didn’t hesitate to offer our room earlier without having to pay extra!!!A free shuttle saved us a lot and a free warm breakfast made our stay at this hotel comfortably. We won’t hesitate to stay here again when we come back to NY!!"

"It's great for a short stay"

The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of food to start our day. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. We also appreciated the hotel’s safety and security, which gave us peace of mind while visiting the city. Overall, a fantastic experience! We would definitely stay here again and...
