"Had the most wonderful experience, the hotel was lovely and the staff were so kind and thoughtful and professional. We stayed in the room with the half open air bath and it was so relaxing. "Very clean room including the bathroom and shower considering it is shared. The staff was very nice and accommodating towards us even as foreigners. Staying at a ryokan is a bit of a culture shock but after the first night it you warm up to it and get a great experience. Food was also delicious."
