"Very disappointing experience. I specifically booked a room with a private bathroom, as clearly stated in the listing, but I was given a room with a shared bathroom instead. Despite raising the issue, the hotel refused to provide a room matching the original description, even though availability appeared to exist. The room also had an unpleasant smell throughout my stay.
