"This place is just amazing in every way. The view from our room overlooking the kamo river is very picturesque. The layout of the room is very well designed and the room is huge and tastefully decorated. The location is close to the subway and minimarts. Love the microwave, the 2 televisions, and the washing machine.

"The Koubai suite was wonderful. The outdoor bath is very private and peaceful. The bed was extremely comfortable and the private garden was lovely. This is my favourite room in Japan so far!"
"We sayed in Moksa in september. Our shinkansen got significantly delayed, and my phone roaming stopped working, so I could not call and say we would arrive late for dinner. The staff were incredibly friendly, and were able to accomodate our dinner reservation. The food was delicious, the garden is a delight, and I wish we would have spent a few more days in this hotel. Loved it!"

We had a little miscommunication on checkout about where the key cards were and the online staff did they due diligence to make sure the keys were where I said I put them. "New hotel, clean and great location. Hotel located in quite place but we could walk to everywhere, also the railways station that not far from hotel, then you can use the train to transfer to the tourist attractions that so convenient.
Front desk always greeting us with warm welcome and smile. They really take care all deatils of the guest. So appreciated and for sure we would love to stay here again.
