The breakfast in the executive lounge was always delicious with plenty of variety over the course of my time there. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. "Everything from the staff, amenities, and cleanliness of the room was excellent . The location is a bit away from Umeda and Dotonbori but they are both a short train ride away. The entrance to the Metro is directly beside the entrance to the hotel so access is very easy. "

"We stayed two nights here over the busy new year's holiday. The hotel and room is very chic. Rooms are very small but well appointed with bed pajamas and toiletries. I booked two adjoining rooms to accommodate my family of three which worked out perfectly. I dont recommend sleeping more than two in these rooms."

"as room size is always a concern in japan, the room we had in this one is actually pretty good, there is a subway entrance right beside the hotel but seems it’s quite a distance walk underground to the actual subway entrance. it’s also a very busy hotel so plan your time use the elevator."

"For how much this hotel costs I was really blown away by how luxurious it felt! It was well worth tge price at a great value. There are hotel clothes and slippers available in the room that you can wear around to the lobby, spa, and breakfast. The room itself was spacious and I had a fantastic view! I also had a chance to try the public bath on the roof and it was so relaxing! The surrounding area is also worth exploring. I wish I had more time to spend here and will definitely book again on my future trips."
