Beatrice was very kind and helpful with getting us an earlier check-in time and a later check-out time! The room was nice and clean, the building felt very historic and beautiful while still remaining comfortable. Close to the main street and city center, we had a lovely time staying here!

Absolutely loved stayig here! Beatrice was accommodating, kind, and extremely helpful! Our train out was a little later than our check out time and she allowed us to leave our luggage. The room was very nice and the hotel is at the center of the town. Would recommend to anyone lucky enough to get to stay!

We enjoyed our one night stay. It's in a nice location on a plaza. Our room was comfortable and nicely decorated. Having coffee and a few snacks available was especially appreciated.

My only regret is that I didn't stay longer. I had planned to spend only one night because it was a last-minute trip. However, when I return to Orvieto, I will stay here again. As soon as I could, I called my wife to show her around. What a BEAUTIFUL space, the view! La Soffitta e La Torre felt like a second home, and I felt welcomed. Thank you!

The hotel was difficult to find. It is a close walk to the local sites. Breakfast was good with fresh baked goods. The room is difficult to get to if you can't climb narrow stairs with bags. The staff was friendly.

Friendly host. Spacious rooms. Clean. It is called B&B but it does not offer breakfast. Located in an old building 3d floor it is a lot to go up the stairs with your luggage. The address on Expedia is different from the one the host has been waiting us. We had a little difficulty finding the location.

Quaint Place

This is a very cute property, and Laura is very sweet. We were able to get the room early, and that was great because we only had one night in Orvieto. It was clean and very comfortable. The only reason I would caution one about this property is that there is not an elevator. I knew this at booking because it states it on the listing. If you have limitations and a heavy bag, I’m not too sure about that. We were ok, and this point didn’t affect our stay. We really quite enjoyed this sweet property. I would stay there again.

After taking transportation ( bus or taxi) to the town on the hill, walking or buses were available easily. The hotel was lovely. Great view of the square. A market was set up one morning, neat but a little noisy. I’d stay there again.

Great location and the host is delightful. Prepare to have cash for the city tax. We experienced a fair amount of noise from the surrounding area and the sound and light entering our room each time another guest came or went. The bed is VERY firm

Cutest town! Adorable B&B. The owner, her husband, and son were excellent hosts and very kind. Location was perfect in the middle of town. Steps from coffee, restaurants, shops and a beautiful church. The rooms were large, beds comfortable, bathrooms spacious and everything was clean and lots of attention to detail making you feel welcome and at home.
