We had a wonderful stay. Everything was excellent: the accommodations, the atmosphere, and especially the people, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The only issue was finding the property. To be fair, La Casella provided very clear directions and specifically advised us not to rely on GPS. Unfortunately, we decided to follow the GPS anyway and ended up lost on a very difficult road in the middle of nowhere. My advice to future guests: carefully follow the instructions provided by La Casella and do not rely solely on your GPS. If you do, your arrival will be much easier than ours! Other than that, our experience was fantastic, and we would gladly stay here again.

A eclectic rural property with family at its heart. The staff could not have been more kind or helpful. If you like off grid then this is the place! Car is a must for seeing the delights of Orvetio.

The property was difficult to get to - road conditions are not good. Upon arrival no one answered the door so we were forced to stay in our car that evening because we could not find another hotel. We called and called and tried knocking on door etc. very bad service. We have requested a refund and have not heard back.
