"We were at this property for the first time and just a couple days, will definitely come back. It was nice and relaxing. Beautiful property and surroundings. Love the pool and hot tub. Rooms were very clean the only thing that we found outdated was the TV. The staff was overall friendly and helpful , the only thing that we experienced was that we requested a lower room since my mom has knee problems but was told that all room were assigned already. Next time I will request a lower room for mom."

"The hotel was overall good. The breakfast was not great just ok. Our room was supposed to be on the second floor but ended up placing us on the ground floor which was uncomfortable because of all the people passing by our patio door. Also because of the animal stays our room had a terrible odour much like wet dog. The staff were lovely and very helpful. But I don’t think I would stay there again unfortunately."

"Excellent Stay From the moment we entered the room, we were greeted by a wonderful, fresh fragrance that made the room feel very pleasant and inviting. The sheets were spotless, and the pillows were incredibly soft and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The coffee and tea station was excellent, and the coffee was delicious. What really stood out to us was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally polite, friendly, and welcoming, which is very important to us and made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool was clean and well maintained, and the sauna was a nice addition. The breakfast was also excellent, with a very good selection and quality. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would be happy to stay here again!"

The staff was lovely. They were very helpful. The resort was well kept and it was in a great location. It was affordable too! Close drive to Bala and to Coldwater which were lovely towns to visit! We would book this venue again."
