"I stopped in the early afternoon on our way to our venue and did paperwork and told them I wouldn’t be back until about 1am as our concert venue in was in Toronto. It was also during fifa so lots of traffic. We were tired when we got to our room and as soon as I opened the door I smelled a cigar smell I wasn’t to impressed by this and my granddaughter either. We had brought our luggage in and were tired so sucked it up. Also the bed wasn’t very comfortable. It was like an old lumpy mattress....

"Probably the dirtiest, most run-down property I've ever stayed at. The furniture might've been trash-picked off the curb, the beds looked slept-in, with cigarette burns in the bedding (in a non-smoking room), the power sockets were caving into the wall, and the sink was blocked with vape components and... fungus? I'd sleep in my car before staying here again. I recommend bulldozing the place and starting again. The receptionist was pleasant, helpful and oblivious to the quality of the rooms."

"The ice machine was broken! There is only 1.No help from the staff. The Hot Tub is still broken! Breakfast was ok. The property is unkept. Broken lawn chairs. Butts all over the ground. Very uncomfortable bed. The only good thing about our stay was Chuck's Roadhouse. "

"i liked the pool area, although i didn't get to use it, i liked the look of it. the continental breakfast was good. i loved their coffee machine options. both my husband and i got vanilla cappuccinos which were delicious. the rooms are spacious and include microwave and fridge which was convenient. the front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. the property is outdated, it could use a little bit of sprucing up, but over all it was clean and convenient."

"They were able to switch my room because of the lacrosse teams were staying on the first floor and I could tell the adjoining door was not sound proof. The lounge area is cozy. Complimentary coffee and muffins were good and the room was clean. "

"The room is in need of a paint job. A simple fix to an old room. The biggest issue was the toilet would take a couple times to flush. So obviously there was an issue before the room was rented to me. In the morning the toilet wouldn't flush at all. I had to turn the water off to stop it from overflowing. When I told the lady at the front desk she told me I booked through expedia and would need to complain there. I told her my point was not about complaining, it was about letting her know the...
