Kids loved that they could make fresh waffles for breakfast. Location was good deal for Universal Studios theme park visit. Thin walls, first night we got there we had stained towels (which they replaced happily). No complementary transportation to the theme parks, which was stated as a fact in the Expedia. That was the most disappointing.

Exceptional STAFF, hospitality, and assistance! Me and my son traveled pretty far and it was such a great feeling to get off of the road and walk through those doors to come to such a clean friendly place! The room was clean. There was a issue with wifi connection for the TV but the front desk woman was so quick to come and resolve it. The travel advisor there helped me make a smooth $195 because I sat for a TS presentation. I didn't buy anything! I will be using this place always!!!!!!!

This is good for an economical stay at a good location on IDrive. The breakfast is continental, cereal, fruit, bagels, grab and go style, with a waffle maker as the only hot food choice. Coffee is decent. We encountered an issue upon looking over our room, but Alex the manager, and Jackie at the front desk, immediately acknowledged and resolved it. The staff is very helpful and attentive.

One of the reasons we chose this property was they listed shuttle to the theme parks as an amenity. When I asked about how to book the shuttle the girl at the desk told me they had no shuttle. When I pointed out that the paper she had given me when we checked in said there was a shuttle, she said the papers were old and needed to be updated because they no longer had a shuttle. Most of the outlets in our room didn’t work because the plugs would literally fall out of them. The free breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly when we spoke to them. Overall it just needs to be renovated.

Let’s start with the pros. Quick and easy check in and check out. Staff were easy to locate and they had tickets for sale on property for the theme park and I think they had a shuttle. The proximity to things was convenient, and if you were booking last minute, or just needed the bare minimum or were on a budget it did the job. Now on to the cons. The carpet on the stairs was gross. The bathroom, bath towels and shower had someone’s hair everywhere. The floor had crumbs, it just didn’t look like they cleaned the room and we checked in at the latest time available so I’m not sure why the room wasn’t clean. The Wi-Fi was also patchy. Could’ve been a phone model thing. Android was a no go, but apple worked fine.

Rick was so kind and very professional. He even helped me with continued bookings I originally made through third party apps when I had to extend a number of times also to get me into the same room when possible. Him and the rest of the staff were some of the best I have personally encountered.
