"Staff was very helpful regarding recommendations (food). Grabbing cabs and general help. They have a nightly turn down service if you would like and the room I had was very spacious. Gym had all the essentials and my room was always stocked with free water. About my only gripe was the pillows. A little too firm for my liking. Otherwise, beautiful bar, great room service. Walking distance to lots of great shops and restaurants. "

"We were in the Deluxe Two Bedroom and it could comfortably sleep and accommodate 8 adults. Room was incredibly spacious, location was fantastic for downtown Osaka. Hotel was very kid friendly with a scavenger hunt and origami activities in the lobby. Would totally recommend for a family stay. "
