"The property was great we had booked the falls view room but they gave us a side falls view so it was not completely falls view we paid expedia for i guess side view of the falls they try to sell me another falls view for another 300 dollars more a night thought that was false advertisement by expedia or the property try to make more money which i thought was not right..."

"rooms were not ready for 4 o clock checkin when we arrived at 515. were told we would get 20% off one night discount, not sure if that was honored. were supposed to be texted when room was ready--instead got a phone call. hallways were dingy/carpets stained, not at all what I expected for the price point we paid. resort was busy but not full. food was expensive and as expected--we usually eat in collingwood when we stay there. pool and hot tub were clean/not crowded. gondola was excellent--would have been better if there was seating or had some sort of rubber/protective guard on the metal lip @ the top of the open air bucket--for children too short to see over the sides or just the right height to have their teeth knocked out with the 3 bumps at the beginning and end. remains one of my favorite places to go, but staff were variable in friendliness, helpfulness, understanding of special needs children."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful experience with Expedia! We originally booked a Fallsview room at The Oakes Hotel, but shortly before our stay, we were informed that our reservation would be moved to the Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel & Suites. The relocation was handled very smoothly, and most importantly, all of our original arrangements remained the same — including the Fallsview room, two beds, four adults, and the same price. We really appreciated that Expedia made the process easy and stress-free. The Hilton was beautiful, and our 23rd-floor Fallsview room had an amazing view of Niagara Falls. What initially seemed like an unexpected change ended up making our family trip even more memorable. Thank you, Expedia, for making the whole experience so smooth and for ensuring we still received everything we originally booked. We were very happy with how everything worked out and would definitely book through Expedia again! ❤️🌊"

"My mom and I stayed here so we were within walking distance to the falls & the hotel was great! Our room had a perfect view of the firework show and easy access to dining/shopping. Check in/out was very smooth, we arrived early and our room was put on priority to be cleaned and we received a call when it was ready."

"When I checked Anne and went into the restroom. The outlet in the bathroom did not work. And the outlet in the vanity area where the microwave and the mirror also did not work. The toilet kept running. The handle would not go up-and-down after you flushed the toilet. I immediately contact maintenance, and they fix the problem. I went out for a while, came back and the toilet still did not work correctly. Although it was stated that they fixed, it also the sliding door from the bathroom to the room was off of its hinge. And I asked the maintenance guide, since he was there. Could he repair that? And that was repaired, there were issues with the hotel that I should not have had to experience. When I arrived."
