"I had a very good experience last time I was there but this time it wasn’t as good. Now, they don’t clean the rooms or change bed linens every day, unless you request it. On the last day, when we tried to store our luggages at the front desk after we checked out, one of the staff was very rude to us. Next time, we will consider a different hotel."

Subway stop a block away and there was a Lawson, 7-Eleven and Family Mart very close as well as a Don Quijote. Will definitely consider staying here once again during our next trip!"

The pictures made the room look bigger than it was. The washer/dryer was also not working properly (the dryer was not working).
